Overview

As part of Gulmohar Packtech's HR technology stack, we built a multi-agent AI assistant that automates the full recruitment and HR operations lifecycle, from intelligent job description generation and AI-driven resume screening to 24/7 policy query resolution. Rather than relying on manual JD drafting, ad hoc resume review, and HR staff fielding repetitive questions, the platform gives HR teams a single, always-available interface backed by generative AI.

Primary Goals

  • Automate job description creation with real-time market skill data instead of static templates
  • Replace slow, manual resume screening with consistent, bias-reduced semantic ranking
  • Resolve routine HR and policy queries instantly, without HR staff involvement
  • Give HR a single unified interface instead of multiple disconnected tools

Solution Delivered

Designed and deployed a multi-agent HR assistant on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore with LangGraph orchestration, featuring Supervisor, JD Generation, Resume Screening, and Guardrail Agents. The solution enriches job descriptions using live market data, performs semantic resume matching with AWS S3 Vectors, delivers grounded HR policy answers through a Bedrock Knowledge Base, maintains conversational context with AgentCore Memory, and secures role-based access using Amazon Cognito.
